Combine two Easter classics – scalloped potatoes and ham – into one center-of-the-plate dish that is so easy and delicious you won’t want to reserve it just for holidays.

  • 1 pkg (4.94 oz/140 g) Idahoan® Scalloped Homestyle Casserole
  • 2¼ cups (550 mL) chicken broth
  • 1 cup (250 mL) diced ham
  • ½ cup (125 mL) milk
  • ½ cup (125 mL) finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In saucepan, heat broth until boiling; remove from stovetop. Stir in ham, milk, green onions and butter; pour into greased 8-cup (2 L) casserole dish.
  2. Stir in sauce packet from Scalloped Homestyle Casserole; add pouch of potato slices, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Bake, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes or until browned on top. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Note: For preparation of multiple casseroles at once, increase baking dish size accordingly and add 5 minutes of cook time for every additional casserole.
